DRV Law: Employee Recruitment Video Series

An ongoing series of role-specific employee testimonial videos created to give prospective hires a more authentic look at what it is like working at DRV Law.

THE BRIEF

Show Candidates What Working at DRV Actually Feels Like

DRV Law wanted richer recruitment content for LinkedIn, job postings, and the careers section of its website.

Rather than create one generic “we’re hiring” video, VIVO Creative developed a repeatable employee-testimonial format that could feature different roles across the firm.

THE APPROACH

Planned Questions. Real Answers.

Each employee was interviewed using a set of questions tailored to their role, but the responses were completely unscripted.

The interviews focused on what their job is really like, why they chose DRV Law, the culture of the firm, opportunities to grow, and what they enjoy about the team.

We paired those interviews with workplace B-roll to create polished recruitment videos that still feel natural and believable.

ONGOING SERIES
